We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use IQOptz for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Rent, sell, or sublicense the software
Use IQOptz for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity under your account
Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain modules may require paid licenses or subscriptions.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing per the selected plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise).

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, and trademarks are the property of IQOptz.

You retain ownership of your own project and operational data.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all project data stored or processed via IQOptz.

We act only as a data processor and do not claim any rights over your content.

8. Support & Updates

We provide technical support via email and in-app chat.

Updates and patches may be automatically deployed to ensure optimal performance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

IQOptz is provided "as-is" and "as-available."

We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

Use of IQOptz is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQOptz and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Data loss or business interruption
Loss of profits or savings

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the last 12 months of use.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to the software and data will cease, subject to export options.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
